The Hall is absolutely stunning and I really enjoyed the concert, although I think we were the youngest couple there, we still recognized most of the music and enjoyed the guest singers. The entertainment after the concert was a bit disappointing though - band was...More

One of the country's most beautiful concert halls boasts a Georgian/Neo-Classical style. Construction was completed in 1931 thanks to donations from many philanthropists like John D Rockefeller as well as a land grant from the Western Reserve Society; but, the brunt of the cost was...More

I visit Cleveland each year and always schedule it to coincide with a Cleveland Orchestra performance. The music presented is always awesome and always streches my experience. Quality could not be higher.

What a gorgeous hall! And what gorgeous music the orchestra performed with Mitsuko Uchida leading from the piano for two Mozart Concertos (13 & 20). A Mendelssohn string symphonie rounded out this lovely concert.

The Cleveland Orchestra is technically and musically stunning in all the performances I have been privileged to watch. Severance Hall's beauty rivals any top performance hall in Europe from it's sexy dark pink marble to it's silver leafed foliate ceiling. And the accoustics are fantastic.

In addition to all the great answers, I'll add that concerts on Thursday nights are generally less expensive than Friday or Saturday night. Also note that tickets for people under 18 may be free at Blossom - on the lawn... More
