Beautiful on the inside. Sad that it is mostly all hotel. No shopping at all as I thought there would be.

The architecture and style of building was cold but there wasn’t a lot to do. Most of the spaces were empty or not open on the weekend. The hotel and hotel lounge/restaurant take up half of the spaces and a pizza place is on the other end.

4th street restaurants and bars are close by but don’t open till 11 or 12.

My daughters and I were on a spring break trip to Cleveland and stopped here as part of wandering around downtown for a morning. The Arcade is worth a stop and walk through as the architecture is stunning. My impression is that it has picked up a bit since some of the people who wrote reviews visited. I don't know what the Hyatt rooms are like but I would love to stay here for the ambiance alone. When visiting Cleveland, do plan to spend some time downtown and do a walk through.

We were here on a weekend and there was not a whole lot going on. Most of the former stores look to be offices now, and the arcade serves as a kind of entry to the Hyatt Regency.
It would be amazing to have stores re-opened here so that it will be humming with activity again. It will take time though.
From the pure standpoint of architecture and artistry, the Arcade is definitely worth a visit.

If you are in the area, stop in and check it out. It's sad that there is hardly any occupation of the space, though.

Unique building but mostly everything was closed. I saw a place called the Chocolate Bar, but it looked to be out of business. The Hyatt has rooms in the interior of the building. We saw Housekeepers with carts and really not much else.

It is a cool arcade to see. Hopefully there will be more shops and restaurants in the future. Architecture beautiful.

Visiting the 1890 arcade was special architecturally--to see a wonderful 19th Century marvel. Beautiful arcade, marble stairs, and many gargoyles. However, the arcade seems to have been on a decline in use over the past 20 years or so with few stores rented, and when we visited a heavily empty Hyatt occupying the upper floors. It must have been amazing to see it in its vibrant days with shoppers scurrying to and fro.

The "Old Arcade" is interesting to see -- a 4 level structure lined with places for shops but, in general, they are not operating. In fact, a wedding took over the place when we were there and we couldn't even walk around inside. If you are nearby, worth a quick look but not worth a special trip to it.

Not what I’d call a shipping experience but it is worth seeing and strolling through the building. Just beautiful. Barely any stores were open when we went at 4::30 pm
On a Thursday. In the immediate vicinity there is a street closed off which hosts pubs and restaurants . A 5 minute walk brings you to Heinan’s Market - I’ll review that but another visual experience .

Looked great but nothing, absolutely nothing was opened. Hardly any signage or information about the arcade. Too bad, it has the makings of a rich experience.
