For a place that solicits donations to sustain its business this place has terrible customer service. We went for an event and asked to pay to improve our seats and were told no without any offer of options to satisfy or improve our seating situation....More

Thank you for your comment. The majority of the concerts at the Palace are not Palace productions. There is an outside promoter that has rented the Theatre. The Canton Palace Theatre is the venue for the performance. At the concert you attended there was no...More

I have been here several times for movies and concerts. This theater is beautiful and relaxing as you look up to a moving sky, or the old royal balconies. If you enjoy reminiscing this is the place.

This is a very nice old theater that takes one back to the hay day of performances. They have both live shows as well as movies. A good concession stand and helpful employees.

I have attended performances here by the Canton Symphony Orchestra and the Canton Ballet as well as seen a movie or two. The theater is old, and beautifully restored. Pay attention to the architecture, especially the ceiling. Always a treat to visit the Palace Theater.

Daniel "Rudy" Ruettiger (sp?) was the featured attraction on Tuesday 10/24/17 at the Canton Place Theatre. He was an excellent speaker, very entertaining. They also showed his 27 seconds of fame playing for Notre Dame. I really enjoyed Rudy. He was also very gracious and...More

This palace has that old world feel with the beautiful ceilings and wonderful theatrical artgitecture. The palace is home to many shows in our area.

My husband does not like heights either and we do seat in the balcony (when it is open). Very nice view from here.
