Visited with friends to review changes. In the early years. I watched it be developed under the tutelage of Mary Regula. Then a friend of mine (now deceased) - Harold Peffer made all of the matching frames for the First Ladies pictures. So - when...More

We arrived too late for a tour. Almost too late for the gift shop. The entry was not very well marked. When we finally did figure it out you had to speak through an intercom and then be “buzzed” in. Talking with the hostess in...More

2 of my lady friends and I made the 2+ hour trip just to visit the First Ladies Museum. We had done our homework in advance and knew of the importance of making a reservation beforehand. When we arrived all anyone was worried about was...More

The visit itself was ok. Would have been better if it was in one building. Having to walk two blocks to be able to get access in the heat was not what we planned. Parking was convenient. Interesting but not sure if we would do...More

My granddaughter and I enjoyed both the National First Ladies Library and the Saxton McKinley House. We enjoyed seeing the ball gowns as well as learning about the history of inaugural balls, parades and other festivities.

Wonderful place to visit. We didn't realize that reservations are suggested, but the staff was very welcoming and we were able to tour the house. The home is stunning, beautifully staged and full of vintage items. Our tour guide was very knowledgeable and answered all...More

We were lucky that the inaugural dress exhibit is there during our visit. That is at least 30 minutes of viewing. The initial film that you watch is really good too. The tour of the McKinley house is pretty good.

Loved seeing copies of First Lady dresses, but the display was much smaller than we'd expected. Staff was very friendly. Combined with the McKinley-Saxton House, a fun afternoon.

For under $7.00, the hour+ spent on this tour was worth it. There are 2 locations in one to see and the history of our 25th president William McKinkey who was a native of Canton. The first ladies museum is full of dress replicas of...More

Very nice display of inaugural dresses. Mrs. McKinley's home was also interesting. Be sure you check the tour schedule before you go. You cannot visit the house on your own.
