Nice cruise. One hour sightseeing animals (tortoises, fishes, ducks, eels, snakes...) in the rainforest with slow explanations from the guide (cool takibg into account Australian dialect!). Teahouse with nice service, very vintage and delicious but they are so slow serving.

We always make the visit to Lake Barrine when we visit North Queensland, it's such a lovely place, it's a beautiful place, run well by the Curry family, you must try the 'Devonshire tea' it's an absolute must!

To cruise around the lake and look into the surrounds and water for the fauna of the area and to be informed of the lake residents and to see them is an educational treat.

The cruise is relaxing and informative. We were lucky that the owner, Stephen skippered the cruise. Stephen knows the area geography, animals, fish, history and tells the most interesting stories about this unique Lake. Cruise times were 9:30, 11:30 and 2:30 - leave time to...More
