26 September -great place (no dogs allowed), but couldn't stay long because the March Flys were biting us. Picnic tables, and lawn, but no loos. Drive there on fully sealed roads, with a low cement bridge with water over the top, right near the end where you park. Very pristine, water accessible via a few stairs, with river sand bottom.

The most beautiful place on earth, but I am biased. Although I've been away for many years, I still remember it as a place of peace. Great to turn your thoughts to when you are stressed. I love it and every time I go up north I revisit. Heaven! It is named Alligators Nest because when you dive into the water, the leaves on the bottom come up to greet you, and it is scary for kids. The water is golden and cold. You can sit on one of the rocks and just blend in with the scenery. Wonderful on a hot summer's day.

beautiful crystal clear water great for swimming, and a great picnic area. very clean locals are very helpful if yo get lost on the way.

It's not pet friendly don't waste your time guys national Park very disappointed ,nice spot if you don't have your animals

A perfect spot to take the family for a cool down. Easy access, shallow waters, water is cool. We absolutely loved our experience here.

Great place and a good alternative to Babinda Boulders. Not far from the Highway and 30-45 minutes is enough time to visit this place.

Lovely clear cool water at this swimming hole with no crocks despite the name! Stairs to get down to the water, picnic tables and toilets make it a great place to stop for a swim!

Two freshwater creeks join in this refreshing swimming hole with both shallow rocky areas to sit and explore up creek or swim in the main area; 1-1.8m deep. BBQ, compost toilet, picnic tables, shaded grassy areas. Creek is 50m from the car park, 2WD car access.
