About
We make award winning wines from Tropical Fruit and no this does not mean they are sweet and sticky. They range from very dry wines to ports and they are all commercial standard. The wines are single-fruit wines, not blends. All the fruits we use...more

Excellent wines. A real pleasure to meet the owners. Their knowledge about wine is second to none and that reflects in the outstanding wines they crate.

We went there today. We tasted quite many wines, the hosts were both great and most wines were on our taste. We purchased a few we liked! Ginger wine was great! 😎 A very pleasant experience!

This place is a gem. The owner is a retired physio who bacame a winemaker. The setting is very quaint and tropical looking. We had the whole place to ourselves which was very nice. The wines are totally unique. They are NOT sticky at all....More

Hi Stacy L. The Black Sapote fruit is also known as the Chocolate Pudding fruit. It is quite unique in that it doesn't have a taste or a smell. It needs a catalyst to bring out flavours. Locally, people will mix it with a variety...More

The sign out front of the Shannonvale Tropical Fruity Winery says it all - these wines are not sweet, sticky or syrupy. There is a good selection for tasting - four can be sampled without any obligation to purchase. We tried several and purchased two...More

Thank you Blurlilac for your review. You hit the nail on the head, we make wine for people not just for people who drink wine. For better or for worse there are many people now who didn't drink wine with their food and now they...More

A tour guide we had met recommended we try fruit wines from here as we would find it an interesting addition to our visit. The property was situated just outside Mosman itself and was very lovely with beautiful orchard views and stunning plantations of tropical...More

Hi Elissa, I guess we are all different and like to be approached in a preferred way, so I will move on. But standoffish is not what we are. Most of our Table wines are actually as dry as a dry Riesling but when you...More

My partner and I are not big wine people, but we left this place with 6 bottles! The family are just lovely and taught us so much about wine. Highly recommend!!

Hi Madisonmouat, Thank you for your review. We love when we are told "we are not big wine drinkers" and then people find something they like. But don't forget that wine is best with food. Cheers, Tony and Trudie
