We followed the free tour and saw the laboratory area where the caterpillars etc are cultivated. Beautiful butterflies everywhere.

We spent a really nice and interesting hour in this park. Is a must do when you go to Kuranda to learn about butterfly and their habitat ! The laboratory was really interesting and we could saw scientist during their work.

We were lucky when we arrived there was a guided tour starting and we joined them. It is a very nice place to visit, very helpful staff and beautiful butterflies.

We really enjoyed the Butterfly Sanctuary. Once inside the guided tour was excellent and really gave some great insight into these beautiful creatures. The knowledge and passion of the guides was fantastic and the opportuninty to see these butterflies up close was fantastic.
