We had a great time looking for the rock wallabies. We brought carrots (cut in pieces). At the end of the afternoon it was pretty quiet. The wallabies were too cute eating the food out of our hands.

This place was within walking distance of the ferry drop off and far less crowded than some of the other bays. There is snorkel hire, a nice beach, wallaby rocks and some little food places nearby as well as a few shops

Lovely beach with rock wallabies nearby. Terrible sign posting of the snorkel trail and entry is from the old barge which is slippery. Plenty of fish and coral even on a choppy, windy afternoon.

Was really lovely to be able to see and feed the wallabies, plus seeing the the little baby joeys too.

Secluded, peaceful! Most mornings I as the only one there! Later in the mornings a few people with their dogs, but a great spot to read under a tree!

Short walk, very enjoyable. We saw loads of wallabies, also really nice views and you can see a ship wreck when the tide is out.

Visted here early in the morning as was told they wallabies are out more at that time, short walk up a path leads you to the rocks where they hang out, they are obviously use to us as for the most part will take food right out of your hand, we took slices of apples which they loved !! also lovely view of the bay from there

Cute wallabies, a lovely view and great shipwreck snorkelling trail off the old wharf! Lots of commercial tours to the wallabies and lots of people but still worth a visit; dusk was a good time. Also some wallabies at Presto Point (near Nelly Bay).

The rock wallabies were very cute and you can approach them close enough to see the joey in the pouch. The kids loved them.

Take a stroll down the potholed laneway past the old rock arch and jetty and you will come to a small headland which is favourite hangout for some of the Island's rock wallabies. They are pretty tame and will take the right type of food scraps from right under your nose. A small tip - we actually saw more on the breakwater wall at Nelly Bay harbour!
