1 hour Daintree River wildlife cruise on a solar electric boat, so it is nice and quiet and there are no petrol fumes or exhaust and good for getting close to the wildlife. We are the only boat with "Croc Cam"; a digital video with a very good zoom for showing hard to see animals on a big screen.

Wildlife includes Salt Water Crocodiles, snakes, frogs, and birds and also interpretation of the mangrove environment.

Fantastic cruise on the Daintree River yesterday, so much wildlife crammed into 1 hour! David is an informative guide with years of experience on the river, and quite possibly has the best office in the world. This is an activity you can't pass by!

We were recommended this tour by Wavelength Cruises. What a wonderful trip and a great recommendation. We unfortunately fell into the 1%, that didn't see a crocodile. However what a great guide David is, and has the most eagle eyes for spotting some amazing wildlife you would never see anywhere else but the rainforest. Don't go to a manufactured croc... More

This trip was a highlight of our day at Daintree. We saw so much wildlife! The people who run the place are really friendly and, moreover, they are passionate about what they are doing and happy to share their knowledge with you! The way David spots the tiniest or best camouflaged animals in the water or up in the trees... More

Went there during the wet season, so didnt get a chance to see the crocodiles. Yet David, the guide offered us another ride. We saved it for the next visit though. The trip across the river was long and we did watch lots of birds, snakes. Probably might come back again to try our luck for atleast one Croc. Otherwise... More

We stumbled on this company as we were driving up past Port Douglas and made it to the ferry crossing. Luckily we found their stand ten minutes before the next boat was to leave. We jumped at the opportunity to see some crocs in their natural habitat and were not disappointed. We were unable to see any large crocs, but... More

Although no large crocs sighted due to heavy flooding the trip was really good. White lipped tree frog, fruit bats , Amethystine pythons + a baby croc all seen on the trip. Also after the trip Martin showed us different birds and was really happy to give us a voucher for a return trip free of charge due to not... More

This was an excellent tour! The guide David was knowledgeable and personable. The atmosphere was relaxed and laid back, but David's commitment and interest were obvious. We learned so much in a short space of time. The solar-powered boat is indeed very quiet and you feel very close to your surroundings. Highly recommended.

We went on a tour yesterday when the Daintree river was in minor flood so much of the crocs were hiding. David, our guide, still managed to find them! He also found a magnificent array of local wildlife for us to enjoy, and also shared his significant knowledge of the area and the inhabitants of it. David yourself and your... More

Would defiantly recommend. Our skipper was Dave who had wealth of knowledge about the area, crocodiles and the wildlife. We were lucky to spot a Croc, by the name of Elizabeth I think even tho it is the wet season.
