This made an excellent Christmas present. Joe the chef provided friendly and skillful leadership. In reply we enjoyed producing good quality bagels, bread, brioche etc. The lunch was good and the friendliness of participants unbelievably good. I'll be back for more.

Had a great day cooking Paella, Tapas and Tortilla with Joe who is a great chef and teacher. The format was relaxed and enjoyable, with plenty of interaction and instruction. Learnt a lot about spanish cooking. i would definitely recommend this course.

lovely morning of cooking, relaxing and very enjoyable Joe Is a great teacher. The food we produced was very taste I will attend another course in Tideswell in the not too distant future

What better way to spend a dark evening in November?? We learnt alot too, which is obviously a bonus. Would love to try out some of the other courses but the timing isn't working out for us. Shame there aren't more evening courses!
