A fantastic place made even better with the May bank holiday festival. Flying display always a delight owls, culture and kites. A special mention to Astral Circus fantastic for kids of all ages. Wonderful day thank you Muncaster.

Gosh! I've been promoted! Lord Muncaster I'm not (the last Lord Muncaster died in 1917) but it's lovely to share our home with others and even better when they enjoy it so much. Do visit again if you can.

Yes, dogs are welcome at Muncaster and we are very dog friendly. However, no dogs are allowed into the Hawk & Owl Centre as they can distress and therefore injure our birds even if the dog is very small. Only assistance dogs... More

Are the hotel rooms in the castle? We are older couple with small dog, no longer driving. Looking to pay about £100 per night for about a week in April starting about 22nd.
