In this area you can take walks use the lake, shop is available, you can picnic as you children play. Just relax in a beautiful spot. You call find lots to do, if you wish or just chill out on the banks of Windermere.

This is a National Trust Park so parking is free if you are a member. On the day of our visit over the bank holiday the park was very busy, despite this we still found parking spaces without any issue. The park area is beautiful...More

The dream day out on a nice sunny day with children - water to paddle in, a nice National Trust cafe, ice creams, space to walk, boating, can even take your own BBQ! Fab.

Our umpteenth visit over several years when on holiday near by. Visited twice this week and enjoyed relaxing in the sun, kayaking and eating gorgeous ice creams from the National Trust cafe. Always a great day out whatever the weather.
