Nice lake to walk round as well as the woods. However you have to pay to park (if there are any spaces left) or run the gauntlet of getting a fine for parking outside the wooded area

Great place for a short walk around an old sand quarry - now a lake. Very popular for dog walkers. Informative signs en-route for nature spotters

Great place. Shame some irresponsible dog owners let their dogs foul everywhere without cleaning up after them.

Both our dogs love coming here. Great walk around the lake any time of the year and some great walks through the woods too. Toilets on site aren't too bad either, just a shame about the parking. A paid carpak is available, personally find it...More

I had a lovely evening stroll with my dog, I almost had the place to myself as the weather was a bit unpredictable.
