Get your wallet out because this will not only be expensive but will also test your morals. This may be one of the worst tourist money clips that I have ever seen. Not only do they get you ($$$$) on the feeding/petting, they run a...More

You would have to sign up to swim with the dolphins but to hang out and watch them is free. We really enjoyed the show they put on. There is also a large pool there where you can swim up to a bar and get a drink, very cool.

We are going to be in port in March. I am confused on a couple of things. Google maps and the address puts the Dolphin Discovery right at the side of the pier. The lady I spoke with said it was a 10 minute taxi ride? It looks like it is a long pier! Also, what is the deal with photos? Sounds almost like highway robbery. We were supposed to be in Cozumel for 2 days but they changed our itinerary to go to Costa Maya, which is messing with our dolphin encounter. It isn't bad at all as there are going to be 6 large ships in port and in Cozumel and in Costa Maya there are only 2 large ships and our smaller ship. We have reservations at Dolphinaris in Cozumel, They included photos for half price (I know it is all relative). Any suggestions on getting photos and not getting fleeced? Just trying to get logistics and costs figured out as it will be 10% fee for our cancellation in Cozumel. Thanks you, Doug
