good if you want to relax and take a dip. Not particularly cave like but you can jump off of the jeti and it is fairly quiet. Close enough to Tulum and a nice place to soak up the sun

Came here without a tour group or anything organised. Almost gave up because the roads going in were horrendous and we were in a 7-seater MPV. Then there's this narrow stretch going into what cannot really be described as a car park....and everyone else seemed...More

One of the best excursions I've ever experienced! This cool water was much needed after being under that Mexico heat!

We walked from the nearest village (about 15 minutes). The cenote is small and unfortunately from our point of view was spoilt by screaming kids zip-lining. If no visitors as just described it is a wonderful tranquil oasis. No food or drink and interesting snorkelling...More

I loved swimming in this cenote - there were hardly any people there,so it was very peaceful. There are lots of little fish in the water nibbling on your feet. Entrance is only 50 pesos.

We were brought to this cenote 3-4 years ago when we first stayed in Akumal by one of the workers from the house we were staying at. This is the best kept secret as far as clean, refreshing, swimming cenotes go. You can't beat the...More
