We visited Yal-Ku Lagoon as part of a snorkel tour. I had heard a lot about it over the years but it did not meet my expectations. We snorkeled first to the left of where we entered the water. There were some pretty fish and...More

Yal-ku is cool in part because it achieves both the still tranquility of a lagoon and the wildness of the ocean--the two bodies of water connect and you're free to swim around as you please! There are a ton of fish in the lagoon section...More

We went 7 years ago and it was much quieter. There were quite a few tour groups that weren't the most respectful but it is still fairly natural and low key with some limited parking.

You'll feel like you've stepped back in time to a lost lagoon. Surrounded by lush landscape, this peaceful place is a spot where the ocean water meets fresh water. Perfect for snorkeling.

We loved the Lagoon! It was about MXP 500 for entry for the two of us, and they had good quality snorkel gear to rent. Staff were friendly, and although it was raining lightly we still went and enjoyed. Lovely fish, interesting to experience the...More

We had a great afternoon here there were lots of fish to look. It was easy to find. It does get crowded with tours, earlier in the morning is better time. Definitely an experience not to be missed
