I hesitated at first because I thought it was just another loud bar, but I am glad I went. First thing you notice is that it is in fact loud, but the atmosphere is so perfect that you quickly forget it and become part of the crowd.
You can get a sit where is not that loud but even though I am not a party animal, I highly recomend you get right in the middle of it, you will have fun.

The bouncers at the entrance told us the place was completely crowded and charged us 300 pesos to get in. Once inside it was completely empty (5 people inside). They sit us in the worse corner of the place and the cheapest drink costs 140 pesos. The music played was boring and they had electricity issues. We got in such a "fancy" club an empty can as an ashtray. We left after 5 minutes. No refund of course.

Bad experience! After paying a lot of money, they don't let you in when you leave, pay anything, in addition to charging you, they insult you. It's a terrible place! I wouldn't recommend it to anyone
