Worst service ever. Me and a group of friends were late to a reservation. We said we would arrive at 4 but arrived at 4:20. This was due to a cyclist marrathon happening in Valle. We weren’t aware of this and it ended up closing down roads and causing traffic delays. Roads in valle are mostly dirt and due to rain there was flooding. There was also no phone service in Valle. When we arrived the manager (Gabriela Herrera) mentioned that she couldn’t accommodate us because we were too late. She said she charged us $250 US dollars for missing the reservation. Despite the fact that we did show up and knowing that the roads in Valle are 1) unpaved/limited 2) there was an event 3) we were late yet still arrived, she still did not want to work with us. We couldn’t even get $250 in credit to at least purchase the wine. She was extremely rude and confrontational from the moment we got there. I truly don’t know how she became a manger when she has no concept of customer service. Ultimately, I would not return here nor would I recommend anyone else too. They are scammers and their goal was to keep the $250 from the start.

Gerardo was our host and he was absolutely charming. Not only he know the history, the protagonists and most of the products, he was helpful, welcoming and attentive in each moment. He even showed us the restaurant Lunario, where they would offer a tasting menu and it has only room for 35 people.
Absolutely recommended if you want to visit a beautiful winery and taste some delicious wines. Pagano, an aged Grenache, worth mentioning.

I first want to state that I am the owner and director of a tours and transportation company in baja Mexico, my love for the region and especially the wine valley is at the highest level.
Our company did a reservation at Lomita for a group of 4 people for May 21st 2022 (we recommended this winery to this group), our driver was NOT able to make it to the reservation @Lomita and did not communicate with us since he was at Cuatro Cuatros where there is no cell service.
On May 22nd we where charged $1,200.00 pesos as stated on the Meitre's reservation app Terms and Conditions as a guaranteed consumption, (we are OK with this) we understand that as a busineess you need to secure the income since we took the space that could be used by another group.
Here is why we give your winery 1 star:
1.- I called the winery and told them that I was fine with the $1,200.00 pesos guaranteed consumption charge on our card, obviously securing their sale from our reservation / group.
2.- Told them that since I was being charged a guaranteed consumption I would stop by to get a few wine bottles covered by the ammount that was already charged to me. The girl who answered the phone said I could NOT do that and was rude on the phone. she said that the $1,200.00 was a "penalty" for not showing to the reservation (which is not stated on terms and conditions).
3.- I explained to her that I was a tours company and that the wine I wanted to collect was paid for and would be used for gifts to our customers, which would be marketing for their winery at the end of the day.
4.- This actions make the winery seem like "money hungry".
5- This had happened to us before at Monte Xanic and they where happy to provide the product that we where billed for.
Our solution is simple, we will stop promoting this winery in our tours to our customers... as a tours and transportation company we get no benefit from this or any other wine valley location. if this is how you treat a business who has been promoting your establishment at no cost to you, what can be expected when our customers visit you ?
Our Wine valley concierge is instructed to eliminate this location from any future trips, even if customer suggest including it, we will be happy to explain to them the reason why we dont drive to this location any more.
I am happy to speak with owner about this

The wine was delicious and our server was very knowledgeable and friendly. We were a little bummed that there wasn't any food but the vibe was great and the wine was probably the best we had while in Valle.

Service and wines here are excellent. Gabby took the time to describe the wines and also give us the history of the vineyard. We loved our time here.

Very fun and funky vibes, lots of murals and cool seating in the terrace with open 180 views of the valley. The whites and rose were my favorites, good service.

This winery was a little different than others I’ve been too, but not necessarily in a bad way. The setup was essentially a wine store upfront and then the tasting room was set on a balcony which overlooked their and other nearby vineyards - beautiful views. The murals on the wall were so vibrant and unique. Definitely a nice atmosphere. The wine was okay. In the “Premium tasting”, which included five wines, I really only liked two of them. I’m not a wine expert, but others in our party felt similarly - the last couple were the best.
I think, wine aside (I know, it’s a vineyard, it’s kind of the main attraction), the service was wonderful. The staff was very knowledgeable and they catered to us well. The atmosphere was serene and cozy. Just set your expectations and look forward to the Sacro and, I believe, the Tinto if going with the Premium tasting package. If you’re not a red wine drinker, perhaps choose the Lomita tasting package.

Definitely one of our favorite wine tasting experiences. A unique, boutique winery. We enjoyed the wines and the story they have to tell. It was an enjoyable experience I would recommend.
