We used Viator to come here from Quebec City. It was a highlight of our trip. It is beautiful and whatever your religion, it is a wonderful experience. Viator did a good job, also stopped a few other places.

The cost is approximately $2.00. However, other attractions are free. For example the basilica and the prayer stairs.

The cathedral is fully accessible. There is an elevator to move from the different levels. It is a bit off the usual hallways but it is easy to find. There would be no issue with manoeuving a personal mobility scooter... More

If you go to their website, you will see all the options. Depending if you want a French or English mass and the time of year. Their schedule changes all the time.
