    Incredible experience
Despite it being a freezing cold day, this was one of the best days I’ve had in a long time. Absolutely breathtaking park and amazing experience with the animals. Tip: bring a lot of carrots. You don’t want to miss out on feeding them.

At least 2 hours of pleasure
The best safari ever! The deers are all around you, playing with the wild boar, which are also surrounding you. Bring tons of carrots for the free feeding of the animals, you can wonder for hours looking at those animals from 2 intches distance

    I FINALLY SAW A MOOSE!!
This was so much cooler than I could ever have imagined - tons of different kinds of deer converge on your car to eat the carrots you have purchased , right out from your hands- they are very polite for the most part and docile! It’s a little scary that you might hurt them with your car as you drive slowly through the packs of deer that come to visit.. but surprisingly that didn’t happen. The 7.5 mile drive took us about two hours and we did finally see a moose!! White arctic foxes have a special area , with fences that you drive through , and bears are more of a zoo like experience - fences up that you can see… and NOT drive through.. lol. It was a lovely park.. my only question? How many carrots DO the deer eat daily? And is it safe for them to eat so many?

    Super!
I have been visiting many zoos and parks for work and free time, but this one is amazing. Fauna is 100% North American. We spent there 8+ hrs, and the mood and feeling were great for the whole time. We highly recommend it.

Absolutely amazing place - just wow!
This was an amazing place, the whole family loved it. I have never been somewhere where the animals are so tame and willing to approach for carrots. It is like the West Midlands Safari park (U.K.) on steroids. We did two laps round the safari loop and were there from 10 -6pm. An amazing day, one of the best days on our trip. Just take lots of carrots. I think we used up 7 bags of carrots but we loved feeding the animals. The animals were very keen for carrots in the morning (to the point they were waiting by the first cattle grid), the last loop before closing enabled us to see different animals such as the free running wolves and the moose since the park was quieter and cooler. The deer still wanted carrots but it was a calmer experience!

    Fun visit
Well maintained and easy access to see & feed the wild life. Highly recommended for all group ages. At the end of November there was already some snow and lakes were frozen but still is worth the visit. We will try to come back during summer to see the bears. Easy drive from Montreal.

    Wonderful
Wonderful place where you can get close up and personal with some of the animals. Make sure to take a big bag of carrots! Despite the dreadful weather, we saw most of the animals, only missing out on the bears who no doubt were safely tucked up for the winter.

    Amazing place
We were recommended to try here as we were heading to Montreal from Ottawa, so pleased we did. It was a Saturday so naturally going to be busier but still easy to navigate and see the animals come upto the car for a carrot. Seen some amazing animals on the route including some bears that came out whilst we were heading past. We bought carrots before entering but they can be bought at the park. There are cafe facilities with a little gift shop etc around the route. Recommended for sure

    Already planning out return
Parc Omega provided an unparalleled experience for our family! Our son adored feeding the deer, and the diverse wildlife—elk, bison, wolves, bears, foxes, and more—left us in awe. The pods were a delightful stay, offering cleanliness, coziness, and all amenities amidst nature. With electricity, hot water, AC, heating, and a well-equipped kitchenette, these pods ensure comfort. The queen bed and mezzanine double bed were perfect for our family adventure. The restaurant overlooking the lake offered stunning views of elk crossings. The staff's excellence enhanced our dining pleasure. A solid 10/10—already planning our return!

    Wolf chalet overnight - wow!!!!
We drove from Montreal which took 1.5 hours . Park was easy to find. It is huge . As it was winter the bears were sleeping though we managed to see one which came out of its den briefly for some reason (rather confused)! There is a restaurant at the entrance where you can buy a bag of carrots for $4. Bring your own - it will be much cheaper! You need at least a bag per person as the animals (mainly deer) will surround your car and put their heads in The window til you feed them! The only problem we had was that the radio didn’t play information as was advertised. We also stayed in the wolf chalet overnight. We checked in at 4pm (earliest possible) and it was absolutely amazing !!! Book well in advance ! It was a full house with full kitchen so you can take your dinner and breakfast. The good restaurant at the park is only wed-sun. In the morning there is a private wolf tour with feeding and information. There is time to go back and check out . There is free entry to the park the day before and after your stay . Expensive but once in a lifetime experience!!

Customer service not at all helpful when asking for an adjustment to the booking. They gave a generic answer and were unwilling to really help.

Parc Omega is beautiful and the people who work there were kind and professional. However, please know that it is a zoo, not a nature preserve (as I mistakenly assumed). My lovely spouse booked a night for us here in a “wolf cabin” after I had said it was on my bucket list (from the amazing pics on Instagram).

I am sure that captivity works well for any of the animals. It is well known today that this is not true for wolves. The dysfunctional and strange behavior was on display our entire visit, and I left feeling very upset that I had contributed to funding this. I understand that Mother Nature can be cruel and there are harsh realities, however this situation was created and perpetuated by man. You can see this sad, alienated wolf who was attacked several times during our visit in the pic. The next day I understood from a caretaker that this situation has been going on for months (not just related to breeding)and being in captivity completely changes their behaviors.

My husband and I stayed 2 nights while road tripping Niagara Falls to Montreal. Parc Omega was absolutely the highlight of our trip. We stayed in a wolf chalet. One does not need to stay overnight to enjoy the drive through safari. Bring lots of carrots these animals have a bottomless pit. And be ready to laugh your way through.
About the chalet. The layout is duplex style. The walls are thin, we could occasionally hear muffled voices. There’s a pack of 5 wolves. A suggestion to the Parc: a photo with name and age of each pack member would be helpful. We stayed in unit 3, a 2 bedroom, 2 story, nicely furnished unit. Housekeeping could do a better job. Our floor was filthy, not just dirt, but I found clumps of the previous guest’s hair weave. We went into town to buy windex because the floor to ceiling windows were smudged with hand prints. The kitchen is fully stocked to prepare whatever meal you’d like. The floors are heated throughout the downstairs, we didn’t see controls for upstairs, so we’re guessing they are not. One bedroom has a balcony. There’s a wood burning stove. Outside has a fire pit and chairs. We would absolutely stay again and highly recommend.
We ate in the restaurant and coffee shop, purchased in the gift shop, as well as, ate in town and made 2 trips to the grocery store.

Unfortunately the price is way too high for a family of 4. At $200 for 1 hour we simply couldn’t afford it. It’s too bad management doesn’t adjust pricing per car like it used to be vs per person especially in the winter.

We booked Parc Omega for a weekend nearly a year in advance (it books up early!) and it was worth the wait! We ended up reserving the Tundra Wolf Lodge--and we HIGHLY recommend this accommodation--it is the best of the wolf lodges with gigantic A-frame windows overlooking an area that's home to a pack of 13 grey wolves! Best of all, the animals often congregated right in front of our windows, peering at us just inches from our face! It was truly breathtaking, wonderful, comfortable, and such a unique and awesome experience. The lodge sleeps 6, but it's worth it for just a couple, or a family of 4. There is a full kitchen and well appointed bathroom area--you really don't need much of anything else!

Overall this was a fun two-hour or so experience. We came around 3:30 which didn’t give us as much time as we had hoped since it got dark. I think lights and better signage would help all of us in the dark. We were stuck in the same place for 30 minutes waiting for people to drive since they were worried about running over the boars that blend in. Better signage in general (or more consistent signage) would be nice to prevent people from feeding animals that aren’t allowed carrots or in the wolf area (where windows need to be rolled up). We saw so many types of animals (wolves, elk, moose, deer, boars, etc.) The restaurant, cafe, and other amenities were well kept and great places to explore. The area by #11 where you can look at deer up close should be better regulated considering people were chasing the deer around and leaving the trail. We seemed to be some of the only people following the rules for the safety of the animals (their diets). Many animals had huge open fields to explore but I worry that the wolves and some other animals were more confined and didn’t have as many “friends” or companions. I do recommend if you’re on your way to Ottawa or Montreal and are looking for a fun daytime activity. It is a bit pricey so bringing your own carrots might cut down on the overall entry price. (However I do understand the price reflects the care and maintenance of this space)
