Visiting family in nearby Knowlton who happen to be wine connoisseurs, so they took us to visit this Léon Courville vineyard on October 7th, a warm & sunny fall day! What a spectacular property - 18 hectares of grape vines gracing the hills on a raised slope overlooking Lac Brome ... an exceptional rural setting, a breathtaking vista with all... More

Had a very enjoyable visit to Domaine Les Brome. The view of Brome Lake in the distance and mountains in the background is stunning. We enjoyed a lovely picnic lunch and a nice bottle of Leon Courville wine from Domaine Les Brome. Take the time to enjoy a wine tasting while there. These are very pleasant wines for such a... More

This place made for a great stop for our midday bike ride. In the boutique they offered a tasting of six wines for four dollars. (This does not include all of their offerings and tastes of other varieties are available for modest, additional fees.) The tasting offered three whites, two reds and a late harvest white. These covered a range... More

we stopped here first as part of a wine tour. The tour guide was very thorough. We were in vineyard and inside. We got to try 8 wines. The wine overall was decent. My favorite was the late harvest wine that I got to taste in the shop after.

This winery is on a great cycle route in the Bromine area (some hills). We stopped for lunch and were really well treated by the winery folk. They don't really offer a "lunch" but sell the ingredients for a brilliant picnic: local cheese, local sausage, Brome duck, ... and an excellent chilled rose. Well worth it, to sit on the... More

The vineyard was very nice with breathtaking views! We chose to do the guided tour. Unfortunately, the guide was terrible! We never went into the vineyard only at the outskirt and then inside visiting the lab and a couple of other rooms. She spent the time spewing nonsense and went on and on about the greatness of her vineyard and... More

They have some unique wines (red and white), that were developed by themselves a few years/decades ago. Also some rose and ice wines. The location is in a beautiful place - a hill with a view towards Lac Brome and mountains. Better plan your visit during weekdays.

I live amongst the vinyards of the Languedoc, so it was with some trepidation that I visited Domaine Les Brome during the month of February. I needn't have worried! Lovely wines produced from a very interesting terroir. The Ice Wines were the reason for our viosist, but we also enjoyed tasting many of the large number of wines offered by... More

We toured a number of wineries over a three day long weekend in October, and this was our best experience. Staff was very friendly and ensured our wine tasting experience was a good experience. We particularly appreciated that they did not charge a tasting fee upon purchase of one bottle per taster... We ended up buying much more. They hhave... More

and you'll surely change your mind. I can especially recommend the St Pepin white, a delicious buttery smooth wine that's perfect for summer nights and the Dentente rose that was light and fresh without any of the sharpness that you can find in some rose wine. The girl presenting the wines was friendly and knowledgeable and it made for an... More
