Great beach

Cavendish beach is one of the best in the area. Not too crowded and a great beach all around. Will be there again in the near future.

This is a nice beach that isn't over crowded. The whole province of PEI is very charming. The sand is silky soft. It feels like a retro-province. (From a simpler day and age.)

This is such a beautiful beach. Most everything was closed in the area when we were there but we were able to drive right into the park to the beach. We had great weather so we're able to put our feet in the ocean. Just gorgeous and worth going to.

We enjoyed a day at the beach and walking/running the trails. The sand is abundant, the shoreline is gorgeous and the water was refreshing. What a great day! The onsite facilities are excellent with changing rooms and washrooms close by.

Went here because of the Anne of Greene Gables movies and were not disappointed. Rock and sand beaches are very picturesque. The Green Gables home that inspired Montgomery, is very close by and well worth the visit.

Mid Ocober and the weather was 18 degrees. Dunes, shoreline were amazing. Many tourists took their shoes off to walk. Along the beach!

We were here yesterday on a sunny but cool day (our kids were crazy enough to just wear swimming trunks though!). Beautiful, clean sandy beach with views of cliffs to the east and loud surf. At one point we amazingly had the place to ourselves! As the season ends quite early, be warned that there are no toilets/facilities open this... More

This amazing beach just exemplifies PEI. It is so beautiful and unique. There is tons of room so you don't feel crowded. Can't take enough pictures when you're there!

Nice beach but very crowded but nicer beaches for free on the eastern end of the island. Like Souris beach (Seaglass beach), Naufrage Beach, beautiful white Sand and Basin Head but it's crowded. Do not like paying to use the beach.
