You have to go a long way these days to be able to find a five kilometre long stretch of white sand beach and hardly anyone on it with the exception of the main parking lot. Walk to the left and enjoy a good long 2 kilometre stretch or go right and walk all the way to Covehead Harbour. Once... More

The national park's #2 beach. This one is better than Cavendish in most regards, and locals are probably more likely to head here because they know that it will be less busy. The walk along the shore is also a lot better, as it is possible to walk along the beach to the small restaurants in Stanhope. Also it is... More

Brackley Beach is always the go-to place while on vacation on Prince Edward Island. But, you always have to pay to go there, which can get expensive if you are in the area for a few days.

This stop has clean rest facilities and easy access to the beach. We were there on a quiet September afternoon and it was nt too busy. There is a large parking area with many bus parking spaces, must be crowed in the summer.

Typical north shore beach that rivals all. 25 km from Charlottetown makes it a great local beach so it can be busy. No matter it is never too crowded because of its shoreline that stretches to Covehead, Stanhope, and Tracadie heading east which as well all rival any beaches on the island.

This beach is only 15 minutes north of Charlottetown, in federal park . The quality of the water is alway A+.

This beach has got to be one of the most picturesque I have ever seen. As you emerge to the crest of the boardwalk entrance, you will see about a km of white sand; blue sky overtop of whitecap blue water as far as the eye can see. This is a bucket list type beach.
