Set in a beautiful 200 acres, with friendly staff, restaurant, dogs, alpacas, chickens, Icelandic horses, one shy donkey and yes, lots of goats. The experience was lots of fun and the goats were adorable characters. If you like fresh air and animals, this can be a fun place to visit. I noticed that they also have a B&B and glamping on the property.

Haute goat was an amazing experience. Everyone was so welcoming and friendly. We did the alpaca sleepover which I would definitely recommend! Having 1 on 1 time with the alpacas was something special. The goat yoga was also so fun and relaxing as you could just snuggle the cutest goats ever!! Also recommend waking up early and helping with barn chores! So fun helping feed all of the animals!

Beautiful farm and cute experience. However, slightly overpriced for what is being offered. More geared towards kids than towards adults. The walk where the goats were taken through the fields was extremely short. We really enjoyed though that we were allowed to hike independently on the various trails of the farm after the tour. Staff was very friendly.

We had a great time at Goatchella! It is so enjoyable and relaxing. This is a small event with food trucks selling lemonade, briskets, mac&cheese. Vendors with crystals,
Pottery, baked goods and crafts. There are games, a store that sells foods, drinks, goat and alpaca products. The variety of soaps are amazing.
And the shmurgling is the best 💕 we loved loving the goats. I will go again just to spend time with them.

A unique experience with some of the cutest little farm animals.
Tori was knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. We loved walking the path, getting to know the goats and cuddling with the babies.
It would have been too expensive for our whole family to go, so only my daughter and I went.

My husband and I had the pleasure of partaking in the baby goat jam recently, and it was absolutely the most fun ever!! Who knew goats were so cuddly and sweet?

Wonderful welcoming friendly place recommended to all ages. We did goat yoga and our group were the only ones what showed up due to rain but it felt like a VIP experience 😄🤸♀️.

Goat Yoga! What a fun experience! Even better than we thought it could be. There were 8 of us in our group. Certainly spent more time hugging the goats and cuddling the baby goats then any yoga activity, lol. The lunch at the cafe afterwards was delicious. Recommend for anyone.

What’s the admission fee?
Debbie N
Port Hope, Canada6 contributions
We don't charge an admission fee - you can come and do a self-guided tour of the farm, enjoy a walk on our beautiful grounds, see all the animals, etc at no cost.
We also have experiences with the animals such as the Haute Goat Shmurgle, the Alpaca Knuffle Shuffle etc that do cost, depending on which experience you're interested in. Doing the experiences gives you an opportunity to engage with the animals in a much different way than you would anywhere else.
Hi!

Hi, is there any admission fee?

Hi Joanne! It is free to come and wander the trails and to see the animals. We have several paid experiences if you want to interact with the goats and alpacas or do goat yoga or milk a goat etc. You can print off a farm map on our website and you can also browse the experiences there - workshops, shmurgles or yoga. We also have delicious picnic style lunches available to order and lovely places to sit down and eat around the property. We hope to see you soon!

Hi, I am booked for goat yoga and lunch at 1:30pm on June 16th. The Via Train leaves Cobourg for Toronto at 3:09, will this enough time?
Debbie N
Port Hope, Canada6 contributions
Hi there. Lunch is at 12:30 and Yoga starts at 1:30. It usually runs about an hour. Do you have a ride to Cobourg? If so, and you leave right at 2:30pm, you should be fine.
