Biked and camped the route in 3 days. Left the car at Port Weller, down to Port Colborne, camped at Pleasant beach campground, then fort Erie, then Niagara Falls, camped at the KOA, than Niagara on the lake and many wineries. Brian was great at Please Beach campground (which is not by the beach btw). By the canal was great,... More

My son and I bike camped the circle route. Very disappointed to not be able to find more rustic camping options. We did go off trail to stay at Dresells Jordan Valley Campground which was a little better, but we prefer a quiet place to camp with lots of vegetation between sites for privacy, and without the amenities like mini... My wife and I recently completed the loop in 3 days doing the "cycle & stay" B&B option. The B&Bs transported our luggage so we left our car behind! Highlights included cycling along the Niagara parkway, views of Lake Erie in around Fort Erie, Port Colbourn lunch at Smoking Budha, biking along Welland Canal and biking along vineyard and fruit... Lots to see and do on the route --- it will be even better as the soft and stone fruits come to ripen and the fruit stands are out all over the place,

Free cycling trail that encompasses the entire Niagara Peninsula. The Port Colborne leg goes by the Welland Canal. One of the best trails in Ontario and mostly asphalt.

The address for this is a bit deceptive. The route travels through the whole Niagara Region and has many parking spots to leave your vehicle why you adventure out. This path has minimal interaction with vehicles and usually you are along waterways, through woods or other interesting little bridges and attractions. Along the Canal, Lake Erie, Niagara River and Lake... More

My wife and I completed the Circle Route taking three days. This permitted us to enjoy the scenery, sample the local eateries and generally have a good time as we took in the various sights at each stage of the trip. From the beautiful homes along the Niagara River to the Falls to the quaintness of Port Colborne and the... More

Had fun riding this entire circle route. The Welland portion could use much better signage when reaching intersections as to where to continue on ... but we made it through. Friendship trail is can be a bit boring as completely flat and not along the water. The Niagara River portion is cool ... especially when getting nearer the falls, but... More
