The Ktunaxa First Nations peoples embraced the nupika wu’u, or hot mineral waters, for their healing and rejuvenating powers and the Ainsworth Hot Springs has been welcoming guests since the 1930s. Explore our distinctive caves where HOT mineral water flows freely from the earth, creating a natural steam bath. The hot water is cooled to a comfortable 35C-37C as it enters into the main lounging pool. Immerse yourself in the warm soothing mineral water for a relaxing yet invigoration experience!

It’s quite smaller than some of the other hot springs that I’ve been to, but the caves are a nice touch, hotter as well. It can be a bit crowded as well, we went in the evening, so mostly adults.

After checking their website it seemed like a really nice place to unwind and relax so we decided to make the drive. It is not a relaxing spa atmosphere like the website suggests. It is extremely crowded and noisy, other guests don't seem to respect...More

These springs are really well maintained. They are clean and obviously well loved by the staff and patrons. The experience of being in water with a temperature of 104 and being in a cave at the same time is exhilarating. There is a slightly cooler...More

The hot springs were great. Water was well maintained. Clean change rooms. The storage of personal belongings leaves something to be desired. My towel went missing and could not be found. I was given another to replace it however and will return to the springs...More
