Easy to find at the airport. The staff were OUTSTANDING: they loved what they were doing, were very friendly and very knowledgeable. Could be a good outing for the whole family. A great one for history buffs.

This museum has some of the most rare aircrafts from WWII and other periods that are still able to fly, including one of only two Japanese Zeros remaining in the world (that can fly). Even if you're not big into aircrafts, it is definitely worth a visit to see some history, as well as the facility where some of the... More

A pleasant visit. I like log machinery so it was perfect. Many of the planes are on loan from Texas for the summer and are flown to & from Minot. Entrance fee is $5.00

Don't miss this gem. Much bigger than we anticipated with many great displays and tons of great historical planes. Enjoy!

We had a really good time at this museum, there were several neat historical planes. There was two young ladies working that were so pleasant and taught us a lot about the items on display. We spent just two hours here but could have spent more :)

Have brought boys here, who absolutely had a blast looking at all the planes. They have a wide variety of planes. When we went this summer the World War I I planes were here, and this time I took two girls going into 5th grade. One had more fun then the other, but that child has flown a few times... More

Considering that Minot is a smaller community, they sure have a fantastic aviation museum. The obvious focus was on aircraft and people who have ties to the Dakota's. There was lots to see and it was especially good to be able to walk around aircraft that were in various stages of restoration. I highly recommend the museum, especially for aviation... More

Our son has lived in Minot for 4 years and we have passed by this museum numerous times without stopping on our visits. Today we stopped in, and it was an unexpected delight! The variety of fully functioning vintage airplanes is amazing. There are also numerous displays of planes in various stages of restoration as well as much WWII memorabilia.... More

We stopped and enjoyed a very nice museum experience! From displays, articles, pictures to airplanes of all sizes, and degrees of refurbishment, to memories of the past. Many pictures and stories of North Dakota, men and women, who served this great country, in many wars in the Air Force. Great stories and history of the USAF in North Dakota! Than... More
