Nessebar old town is a beautiful old town with some ancient history. There are plenty of restaurants that look out over the sea as it's an island. There are plenty of shops as well but most are selling much the same but still well worth a visit

Nessebar is simply stunning. The old churches are amazing, the view is fantastic. If you like gift shopping, it's very good for that, with shops everywhere. The cobbled streets are not made for heels, so bring runners! The area is beautiful, and I could easily spend another day exploring the little streets and churches.

Well worth a visit with a tour guide to explain the history, beautiful place, the town is also accessible via the local bus service at 1 lev each journey, it's a lovely place to have either a lunch or romantic evening meal,

If you continue through Nesebar you'll find small galleries with paintings from local artists and others, knitted and homemade clothes and restaurants with good food. I only ate at one of the restaurants there but I... More

Lovely old town, beautiful scenery, had lunch at the Old Sailor restaurant. We had hired a car to get there and parking was easy and cheap. We took a lovely walk right around the coastline.

Nessebar it is a must see if you are pending vacation near Nessebar or Sunny Beach, lots of small stores where you can buy souvenir or gifts for the loved ones or for yourself. Has a wonderful atmosphere of old town and great views.
