Great State Park. Excellent ramp for launching your boat. Good fish cleaning station. Some really neat camping spots available in the trees with some privacy. Really like all the trees and shrubs that have been planted. Nice work by the park superintendent to keep updating and adding to the appeal of the park rather then doing nothing and letting it... This is one of the nicest state park campgrounds we have ever stayed in. This is our second North Dakota State Park on this trip and they have both been great. It's nice to see a state take pride in their parks and put money into improvements. We stayed in the Howard loop which has more mature shade trees. The... More

This place is fantastic. All of the RV spaces give you plenty of room to relax and spread out. Nice and green with easy trails and lake access. Of course there are more than a few bugs out at night in the summer so prepare for that, but otherwise we really enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful campground, nice large sites and nice clean buildings. Fishing was awesome and fun boating. The lake was too green for my swimming likes. Great biking and hiking areas too.

Wow we were so impressed by the campground, the store (tackle shop) and cleanliness of the grounds. The sites are large, available with full hookups which is rare for state parks. The lake is beautiful and from the people we saw cleaning fish, a great fishery. Don't miss it. Friendly staff too.

Beautiful campground where sites are far apart. Lots of vegetation between sites. Every site has a fire pit, picnic table and electric/water or electric/water/sewer. On an island of huge Devils Lake.

We camped here for a couple of nights while travelling through the state. This park is a real gem! It is very well cared for. Bathrooms are clean. We camped in the Howard section of the park and our sites were huge! I would recommend this park to anyone!
