The entrance fee is worth it, Elly was very informative and fun in guiding us. Penang is not just a place too eat, so give it a try!

The ticket cost you RM 49 per person. I would recommend to visit unless you are crazy to see butterflies/worms/insects...

The entrance ticket is 44 rm for adult, that is too expensive to see few spiders, monitor lizard and many insects. The only plus point is you can take photograph with many butterflies close up. For Grabcar, 4.2km is only 6 rm. Saanen Dairy Goat Farm is free. These are some reference of price in Penang. Not worth it!

First impression of the place is its impressive hanging greeneries the whole facade of the building. I think it adds an aura of what lies beyond. I have been there way before they have started on this new building. Overall, a great place to spend an hour or two with their beautiful collection of butterflies, bugs and other creepy crawlies.... The displays are first class - will definitely bring visitors here in the future. A good variety of outdoor & indoor areas, plants and water features.

Star newspaper run a long article about the founder of Entopia and his long journey from hard childhood to realizing his dream which got me interested in the butterfly farm. Bus no 101 took me straight there from Tanjung Bunga, it is a 100 m walk from its turning point. The whole building is covered in green walls with plants... More

We can spend a whole day here. There are plenty to see and learn about. The place is nicely done and we'll thought out. They have put pineapple pieces in certain areas so that u can easily take butterfly pictures. Besides butterflies, there are other things like lizards, spiders, insects etc. Loved it. Suitable for all ages.

I really was not expecting much from this place, as I've been to many other establishments and honestly our local arrangements cannot compare to those overseas. But boy, was I impressed with Entopia! This is a good place to spend a solid 4 hours if you really spend a little time to learn about each animal they have on display.... More

The Butterfly farm was really interesting for kids. The overall arrangement was very good. But you have to walk a lot, so be prepared for that. And I though it was a bit over priced.
