May be sold out already for the year, but make sure and sign up to go if you can. Great displays of lightings throughout the gardens. Take the kids or grandkids to see Santa.

Enjoy a picnic or a good book under the huge 400+ year old oak tree or take a lazy walk around the gardens to see the bottle house or sit and look out at the water in the intercoastal waterway.

I took my best girl and my grand daughter to the Christmas Lights and they loved it. Santa was there for the kids and my grand daughter had a great time leading us through the different paths to see the program. The food and drink is a bonus and inexpensive...hot chocolate and popcorn as well as wine and beer. A... More

This was a beautiful way to start learning about Wilmington NC. Worth spending the day; reasonable cost and well worth the time!

We were fortunate to be in this splendid facility at night just before Christmas when it was light up. Amazing. A real mood setter for the festive season.

I visited Enchanted Airlie 2016, on a recent trip to Wilmington, NC. I loved the light displays. There is something for everyone, including Santa, Winter Wonderland, Enchanted Forest, and Poinsettia Paradise.

Especially beautiful at Xmas time with an abundance of lights on beautiful southern oaks as well as others. Usually have other displays as well.

Airlie Gardens is a great place to visit in Wilmington--year round. There is always something new growing and the staff and volunteers make it inviting. The summer concert series is a great place for a first date--bring a picnic basket or buy food from one of the local vendors. The Christmas "Enchanted Airlie" is a magical site. Just bundle as...
