Although The Estuarium is not exciting it is very interesting. It contains examples of local plants and water life. They also have a movie you can pay to watch to learn more. A great place to take children.

We have been a few times and are always surprised at how they won't let you take any pictures inside. 2 or 3 of the displays were in some sort of disrepair. The art rain display in the front, they were more concerned with the...More

Most impressive thing was the blue heron right outside in the small pond outside. Volunteer who gave an explanation of the weather and estuaries was fun and knowledgeable. Video wasn't as educational as I thought it might be.

It isn't large, but a fun little family activity. The sculpture in the foyer is quite amazing. Also recommended the river tour (a separate fee and not for small children)

Everything was interesting - especially the sculpture in the lobby - fascinating piece and what a fun explanation of it. The exhibits inside were both interesting and educational...with great facts about many of the pieces and some fun interactive pieces as well.

I was expecting much more than they offered. Some of the exhibits just felt old to me. The best part in my opinion was the room size interactive sculpture in the lobby. However, what they did offer was interesting. An Estuary forms where rivers meet...More
