Great way to support small growers

While not a fan of tasting fees in this case it isn't an issue as if you can't find 2 bottles to purchase from this great range, then you aren't trying hard enough!

We have in the past been a fan of TEV. But we have been disappointed on the last couple of visits. The service can be improved substantially. It sometimes feel like the customer isn't a priority. However. We continue to buy wines from TEV - just not from the cellar door. And we are moving toward buying straight from the... More

Hello 'Wheathouse' - Redeemable tasting fee for our 'Alternative Varieties' tasting selection this weekend of $10 which included over 25 limited release wines and a guided experience from on of our staff members. Such good feedback was written in our guest log which unfortunately you did not feel the same way. Visitation has been huge this Easter weekend and apologies... More

Our experience at Taste Eden Valley was nothing short of excellent. We had intended to share a platter with the kids at another winery, but they had turned us away as they had a big group coming in. By chance we found Taste Eden Valley and we are so glad that we did. The tasting experience was first rate, the... More

Hi Andy, What a great review - Thank you! I am delighted to hear you and your family enjoyed visiting, having children myself and experiencing some uncomfortable times when wine tasting is exactly what I do not want to happen here. Any wine room is a place of discovery but it is the experience that creates a special memory. Happy... More

Taste Eden Valley has plenty of wines on offer, it's a little small at the tasting counter so be sure to book if going in a group. The staff member we had was lovely, you could tell she enjoyed her role and it showed. The wines are many of those you won't see in a bottle shop and there's plenty... More

I was looking forward to tasting a few different wines, thinking that a tasting centre would have a wide variety from different wineries. Unfortunately on any given day the offerings are pre determined and restricted. There was little available I was interested in tasting, but this didn't seem to be respected, and I felt quite pressured to continue to taste.... More

We stopped here as the first venue on a booked tour...and what a fabulous introduction to the wines of Eden Valley. Nicole was amazing, so welcoming approachable and fun. We tried all sorts of wines from Eden Valley and fell in love with their riesling. So much so we had to clear some space in the case to ship them... More

Such a great way to discover the Barossa doing a tour. They know all the places you might not normally think of when discovering wines that may suit you. Riesling is such a surprise for many visitors in the Barossa as the Shiraz is what most come for but to enjoy a light dry crisp Riesling is very enjoyable too.... More

Taste Eden Valley was brilliant. While the wines were great and the range really extensive it was made even more special by Nikki (the cellar door host) who was not only super knowledgeable but made the entire experience so much fun. This was one of the real highlights on our trip to South Australia!!! You must go, and if you're... More

Had read a good review of Taste Eden Valley, and it surpassed expectations. Situated in Washington St. in the pretty village of Angaston, the business is located in a delightful old stone house. We rented a tandem in Nuriootpa and headed out the bike path to Angaston. At the end of the path we found Eden Valley.  So happy we did!
