Start to finish a great experience. The crew was knowledgeable and courteous. I got to see several whales throughout the trip including multiple breeches. One important thing they offer is sea sick tablets for only $1 aud which I did not consider beforehand but it helped a lot! Overall would recommend to anyone in the area.
