Carlo Sand Blow, was a great walk. Pity it was a drizzly day. Still a good walk - approx. 500m, gradual incline. Easy to find.

Second visit to the sand blow. First time we stupidly went in the middle of the day so the sand was roasting hot. On the bright side, there was no one else there. This time we were clever and went as the sun was setting....More

We visit every year to paraglide. Amazing! You often see hump back whales breaching. Kids have fun sliding down the sand dunes. Great sunsets. A total must visit.

After a short walk, along a path with some stairs, through a light forest, you find yourself on this very steep sand dune, with views over Rainbow Beach township and beautiful ocean & cliff views. One can climb all the way down to the beach,...More

Mind-blowing natural attraction. Following a short walk from the car park you are greeted by a wonderful sight of the sand dunes and wide expanse of sand. We enjoyed some sand boarding on our boogie board too. Beautiful vistas of the ocean as well.
