Precede this visit with a trip to the Whaling Museum in Eden for fullest impact of what life was in these early pioneering times. Fascinating and reflective.

Easy drive to find,it's in the bush but not too far. Great place to really see some original history. The old homestead would have some great stories but you can only walk around the house & use your imagination, worth the drive. Free to visit

Very well laid out. Great paths to walk along. 4 klms of dirt bumpy track to get here. Lots of wildlife about so take care whilst driving
