Overview
More
This wonderful garden was landscaped in a setting of great beauty on top of a cliff with breath-taking views over the sea, and it is a fine specimen of the spirit that animated the Noucentista movement in Catalonia - an early twentieth-century movement for intellectual and aesthetic renewal that found a distinguished spokesman in the writer Eugeni d'Ors. The Santa Clotilde gardens were designed in the manner of the dainty yet austere gardens of the Italian Renaissance by Nicolau Rubió i Tuduri at the age of twenty-eight, when he was still brimming over with admiration for his master in the art of landscape gardening, Forestier.

This is more like a park than a garden. Not that it's not beautiful, but nothing spectacular except the views to Boadella beach.

A beautiful huge garden, with status and directly above the sea, with walking paths and some stairs.

There are signs saying that it is 5 minutes walking from Fenals beach, it is actually much longer and harder as it is uphill. We saw a family with small kids walk there and decided to go back home before entering the garden as they...More

One of the few places near Lloret de Mar which is worth visiting. You can enjoy a peaceful walk in the garden, and enjoy stunning view from atop of the mountain.

Visited these wonderful gardens following a recommendation from a local and it was well worth it. The gardens are set on the hillside with many different places to relax and take in the views of the coast, particularly the beach of Sa Boadella, or if...More

Beautiful place to visit, little bit difficult to drive stroller inside the garden but doable. The view over the sea is amazing and lovely to have picknic inside

We stayed in royal beach hotel in lloret De Mar. We walked along the beachside then through a bit of forestry, it took about 20 mins to walk there and there were a few hills. Depending on what direction you are coming... More

Parts are, however there are lots of steps and as the gardens are terraced it may be difficult to get around it all and you would miss a great deal.
