Kalogries beach could be accessed by good car (actually, 4 x 4, if you don't want to pay for damage in your car rental agency, since it is a dirt road). The easiest way is through boat tour, as it is the first stop with most of the boat agencies. The place looks like from some fantasy film - it's rock formations and brown/green combination is mesmerizing. And the colour of the water there? Talk about mesmerizing! There are two small beaches there and although the sand is soft and pleasant, the beaches are not very clean. you'll find various fisherman plastic containers, so, that is a less good part of Kalogries.
