It’s a narrow street, which is a Jewellery Lane in the morning and converted into Street Food Paradise from 9:30 pm onwards which runs upto almost 3 am. If you are a street food lover, you will love this place and vibes. I went around 11:30 pm and the radiance of this place was “wow”. All famous Indore street cuisines are available with very reasonable pricing. I tasted Jaleba with Rabri,Dahi wada, Bhutte ki Khich, Jamun Shot, Sabudana ki Khichadi, Soya chaap,Khatta Samosa, Gold man Kulfi, Panipuri with 10 flavours & Smoke Paan. There were lots & lots of other varieties but there was not an inch to accommodate anything in my stomach. Should be in your bucket list when you are in Indore.

Sarafa Bazar - the great place for street food lovers.
I have enjoyed very good street food in different states like UP ,MP ,Rajasthan n Punjab ,but, if I have to pick one place it will be Sarafa Bazar Indore.
Considering the quality, variety ,rates and range of dishes it's the best place for street foods.
Sweets , live big size Jalebi, kulfi of different flavours , corn khisa, dahi bada , pani puri , tikiya ,chats and more.
It opens after closing of permanent shops at around 9PM and on shabaab till late night hours .
Must visit place if you like street food.

Something unexpected and is definitely the highlight of Indore. It feels like you are amidst the people of Indore trying 100’s of delicious delicacies.

Unique food carts light up the entire market and what’s more amazing is that goes on till 3 AM.

Foodie haven. Must visit

Visited this place during our visit to Indore. Place opens after 9.30-10 pm at night, when we went it was janmasthami so very crowded and there was lot of rain. Its a make shift place unline Chappan Dukaan, so you will hardly find a place to sit and eat. Lot of stalls for chat, Milkshakes, coconuts, Dosa's, Chinese, Kulfi, Gulab Jamuns.

We tried Coconut shake which was decent (Rs 100), Pani Puri with 5 different type of waters (Rs 40), Gulab Jamun (Rs 40), Sitafal Rabdi (Rs 40). However the best was Jamun crush (they serve in shot glasses), it was pure jamun pulp and it was amazing (Rs 40).

Mini Gulab Jamun and Sitafal Rabdi were too sweet in taste.

At the beginning there is a famous samosa counter, which we didnt try. Found the place bit cramped and muddy as there were rains. It will be better during summers and winters.

Overall decent, food taste was average except Jamun shots.

Variety of food items are available after 9:00 pm. Dahi wada of Joshi is good. We also tasted coconut pattice and moong bhaji.
But overall 56 dukan is more attractive and better than sarafa bazar

Place is very good. People, specially locals are very friendly and respectful. Visiting hours between 09:00 pm in the evening till 02:00 am. Situated at the main market area. Safe to visit for couples and with family and friends. Must visit if you want to try the local chaats..

Sarafa Bazar in Indore is a vibrant nighttime food market offering a tantalizing array of street food. From Bhutte ka Kees and dahi wada to Jalebi and aallu chhole tikki, the flavors are extraordinary. The lively atmosphere, reasonable prices, and delicious dishes make it a must-visit for any food lover.

Overpriced food stalls..this place has deteriorated over the years..atleast 7-8 years ago it was better and food prices were affordable. 150 Rs for 6 momo( pieces) with ordinary taste is daylight robbery. The overhyped Garadu for 70 Rs( hardly any qty) is another rip off..The best thing to do would be to head out to Chappan...it's far better, cleaner and affordable

Sarafa is the go to place for foodies. The name comes from the location, which is a jewellery market in the day. After 9.00 p. It transforms into to most amazing open air eating joint. You should see the system the vendors have to roll in the carts, set up everything in 10 minutes flat.

I visited here again after 2 years. The charm and food delicacy is same. There are few newly added food joints as well like starters, Veg Chaaps, Coconut crushs etc.

There is still lot of crowd at famous Joshi Dahi Bada, Vijay chat and Samosa wale at corner. These are highlights of Sarafa where every person goes.

I tried Jaleba and Rabdi which i could not taste it last time as stomach got full. I simply loved the taste of it.

People visiting Indore should try this once in lifetime. I like this place, food varieties, people and their humbleness.
