In a beautiful small garden, just 400m west of Geyuan Garden you will find this unique memorial. The whole complex apart from the garden and memorial contains some pavilions housing some collections (e.g. calligraphy, representative figurines from various distinctive periods of Chinese History etc). Indeed this garden would not have been an "Excellent" if it was not that important in... More

There was no one here when I visited mid-day on a saturday, and I truly appreciated that. The garden is not the best in China, but it is still very pretty and I enjoyed sitting in it for a while BY MYSELF without the pulse of Chinese tourists around me.
