I joined a tour group to explore this part of the park in different ways and had a wonderful time enjoying the spectacular scenery. I can share the itinerary with you: We started with 1) the Glass Bridge and work your way down. Make sure you book your ticket before hand; you need your passport to get tickets.( only pocket size camera and phone camera allowed). After the glass bridge, 2) we went down part of the canyon using a long staircase called "A Strip of Sky" (it seems like a thousand steps, it took about 40 minutes, it depends on how fit you are). After the last stair, you will see 3) the Rocky Slide Track, it is a two part long concrete slide. You have to sit on a piece of canvas-like material to slide down. At first I was a bit worried that the slide would go too fast. After I slid down if felt it was not fast enough for me. 4) Canyon Trail: it was about a 30 minute walk, just like Johnston Canyon in Banff National Park. Get your camera ready for the hanging cliffs, waterfalls and the lush green forest and running stream. 5) Last but not least is the boat ride (12-15 minutes). This is the only activity that you can sit down. 6) After the boat ride, we went through a village leading to the parking lot (they sell all kinds of fruit, fruit juice and food). It was a physically strenuous day but it was worth it. You can do it on your own but make sure you get a map. Hope these can be helpful to you
