We visited this mountain in winter season and found out there was nothing much to see . Better come by fall season for more beautiful view. Not many tourists here when the time we came. Visited on Dec 2018.

Three ways up - cableway, mini bus or walk. I did not like the idea of a 1 hour uphill walk so took the mini bus at Y20 each. From the top lookout - great views of the city. The walk down was very pleasant...More

A good afternoon walk up the mountain or use the tourist bus to the top. Choose a clear day! At the bottom is the library where Mao studied. Lots of beautiful scenes.

I think this place is an average mountain park. Get famouse from the praise from the china first chairman for the Falls scenic view. there is a paid car ride service for visitor to reach the peak or to get down the mountain.

Best to take a green sightseeing bus (20 yuan one way. 30 return) as the top is very far. This nice mountain is very badly managed with poor signage and maps with no scale.

An alternative would be a couple of bus rides. Taxi easiest. If the visibility is poor, forget it. Today is beautiful but most of October has been bad.
