Fantastic but needs organization

I loved it with a 1-6 lanes 6 being the most intense and 1 not intense. Ages 5-3 should start with lanes 1 and 2 and slowly advance lanes. Also they have a conveyor belt so you... read more

Parking is free, they accept cash, credit, and debit. Fun for all ages. Keep in mind that when is warm snow can melt so it may be messy during warmer days. Staff is helpful. It can get busy on saturdays but lines keep moving and everyone is super nice. Staff can point you towards some awesome restaurants when you get... More

I loved it with a 1-6 lanes 6 being the most intense and 1 not intense. Ages 5-3 should start with lanes 1 and 2 and slowly advance lanes. Also they have a conveyor belt so you do not have to walk up the hill .When everybody gets tired there's a cabin where you can order snacks. When you go down... More

This is one of the funnest things to do in North Carolina!!!! We are from Florida and came to see snow and experience it. When you first walked in, there was only one way to describe it: cold!!!! As time wore on you got more used to the cold though. To face this biting temperature, we dressed in a heavy... More

Took my children to see snow for the first time and we decided to do some snow tubing. When we arrived the place was not crowed and we had a wonderful run for about one hour before the crowd started building up. Still, you were able to get up and down the hills in good time. They have 6 lanes.... More

We found this while on our way to one of the Boone resorts. This was about 45 minutes closer, and we popped in to look at the slope. It was the way to go for us. The slope was well-maintained, the crowd was just large enough to stir up a sense of big fun but nowhere near crowded or annoying.... More

This was our first try at snow tubing with our 6 year old son. Jonas Ridge has 6 different lanes. They have a great hay hill for you to land on. They have kind of like a leash to pull the tubes which makes it easier for all ages. They have a conveyor belt to get you and the tube... More

We decided to try Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing after going to one of the local ski resorts, parking in the middle of nowhere, waiting for a bus, walking half a mile, waiting in line for an hour ... only to find out their tubing park was full. Grrr. So we made the short drive to Jonas Ridge Snow Tubing and... More

This is definitely fun for all ages. After reading the other reviews let me add: they now have a debit/credit machine which makes things easier! Saturday's are their busiest day because that's when all the large church and family groups want to come. If you have a large group, call ahead and try a Friday night or Sunday! The staff... More

I have visited a number of tubing venues here in NC however this is the first on I visited that is dedicated to snow tubing. We arrived on one of the busiest days of the season being that I was the first freeze after a very warm December as well as a holiday weekend. Considering all that the venue was... More
