Learned a lot and had some great conversations. And you must visit next door, TRIBAL TRENDS. The owner knows all the chemical and metaphysical properties of gems and crystals. The info on the healing properties of stones was amazing!!

Interesting display of fluorescent stones. Focus on stones local to NC, though not exclusively. Attendant/ guide was informative and helpful

This museum is free and well worth the time especially, if you have young kids, plenty of displays and knowledgeable volunteers.
