We booked a campsite at the on-site campground. Perfect for tent camping. Nice 1 mile trail from the campground to the trail head. It's about 1/2 in the woods and 1/2 in a beautiful field. As for the actual trails from the trail head, they...More

There are a number of trails but all also allow bicyclists so beware as some do not know any biking etiquette and suddenly they are right behind you

Lots of hiking and biking trails. A great place to take kids for a hike. The campground as well as several other areas of park was closed. We did go down and sit on a dock and get some pics.

Went here w/friends and spent 2+ hours walking the trails. Had a great time. The ones we chose were very easy but there are some more aggressive climbs too.

This recreation area is likely much better when the water level is up in the lake. The campground was closed, as of the 1st week of Oct. very disappointing. Campsites do not have electricity, but the bath houses have showers. These are currently closed. The...More

There are many well defined trails. Some are very challenging but there are some that beginners can enjoy. Easy access free parking. Excellent signage. Ring the bell halfway around the main loop!!!

Enjoyed a fun morning ride on a fat tire bike. Like previous reviews have stated, the trail flows easily & route signage is good. Regardless of skill level, this is a scenic & well maintained trail.

The signage at the start of the trail + along the way were very clearly understandable and helpful. The trails were clearly marked and easy to follow. Wide trails with signs along the way identifying trees. Well done!
