Accessed by a dirt road good enough for most vehicles. There are homes along the drive up the mountain. The Ranger Station is a small home and shed. The buildings are locked and windows shuttered, so you cannot see inside. The story board of how...More

Read the information and look at the homestead. Hard to think about living there 70 years ago. We had a picnic lunch on the grounds.

Stopped by this old house and imagined what it was like to live and raise a family in such a secluded manner. It's very quiet and no one around as you walk the grounds. Definitely stop by!
