This mill is a must see for history buffs of the area. The walk back to it is a short walk, and easily accessible. And their is a trail along side the water flume leading back to the mountain stream. Very peaceful. Nice area for...More

Although I was hesitant about the steps it was not bad at all. We had children with us who were able to run right up them and enjoyed every minute of the nature around them. A great visit for all but go in the morning...More

I was a little disappointed. Not that hard of a walk, going down was way easier, but didn't seem as grand as on the infomercial on tv. People were climbing all over the rocks.

Although the Mingo Falls were a little hard to get to, lots of rough terrain to climb up and over, the falls them selves were very nice to see. We were glad we endured to climb and long walk to get the them.

Watching the water was so much fun. I really enjoyed myself I would love to go back. It's a nice place to visit with my friends and family members.

Mingo Falls is off Great Smokey National Parkway..Rd. 441. Definitely a must visit while in Harrah"s visiting the Smokey National Parkway. There is so much natural beauty that one will be spiritually refreshed every time you visit. One of many beautiful scenes in Cherokee.
