We have now visited the Billy Graham Library twice and really enjoyed both the tour and the book store. It is a well produced and interesting history of the greatest evangelist of our time. We will definitely go back just to browse the wonderful bookstore. The Graham homestead that was moved to this property is also very worthwhile. All the... More

We hadn't planned this trip but when leaving the Charlotte area heading home we saw a sign that pointed to Billy Graham's Library. How interesting it would be. It was very interesting and will probably be back to soak in more if it. So much interesting stuff has occurred in his life. Great associates there to answer questions or direct... More

We stopped on a sunny and cool spring day. The staff was very helpful and and just nice. The exhibits are timed, you move through with a group and are given pkenty of time in each area to view and explore. My 7 year old enjoyed the Bessie Scavenger hunt, it help keep him engaged in what could have been... More

A wonderful place to see and learn about Billy Graham's life! Being here in the Bible belt, I notice how God is present in the life of others. We visited his childhood home on the left first, then the library/museum and the memorial garden where his wife Ruth was laid to rest, along with George Beverly Shea and Cliff &... More

If your interested in the life of Billy Graham, this is an informative venue. Shows the beginnings of his ministry. One of the most interesting area is the house that he lived in.

One of the best places to visit in the Charlotte area. The barn (museum) does justice to the memory of the early years of Billy Grahams ministry, and the grounds are kept wonderfully. Best time to go is around Christmas, when they offer Carriage rides, a huge dinner, and guided tours.

I visited the Billy Graham Library the first time in early 2008. It was renovated in 2010 and many things have changed since then. In many ways I liked the old library better because it had a greater focus on his and Ruth’s life with more of his and Ruth’s personal mementos including their Congressional Gold medals. It also told... More

Remember when the Billy Graham Library was opened years ago, but had never taken the time to visit until this week. And so glad we did! It's extremely well done, and a wonderful history of a life well lived. Highly recommend!

Someone asked me to meet them at the BGL for a brief meeting. I am embarrassed to say I was a little annoyed to go so far off the beaten path (why not just starbucks?) OY! I will never ever say or think something so foolish. From the VERY moment you drive up you are greeted with an ethereal smile... More
