My husband and I absolutely LOVED our twilight tour at the conservatory. The tour guide was obviously very passionate and well informed, making our evening adventure exceptional. We’ve already told several friends and family about this place and we can’t wait to return!

Fabulous! Highly recommended. The animals were wonderful, and obviously very well taken care of. Everyone we met was very friendly! Our tour guide, TJ, was excellent – lots of great stories, and very interesting facts about the different species as well as the individual animals. I will definitely be coming back!

Our visit was amazing. The facility was very well run with good enclosures for the animals that kept them safe and entertained. Wendy, our guide was knowledgeable, personable and fun. She answered many questions from our group with information about each animal and about their species. We will visit again, with some of our group anxious to volunteer at the Park.

We had a great stroll through. We had a great tour guide. Loved seeing the animals. It was not a plan trip. Last minute find and we really enjoyed seeing everything. We sat and enjoyed our time until our time of touring.

Very unique experience. The center does an excellent job with their tours. Great communication in advance. Easy to complete paperwork. Tour starts in time and was excellent. See and learn a bit about these animals close up.

"My husband and I brought our 3-year-old granddaughter to see the animals. While we found it very interesting and fascinating to see especially the big cats fairly close, we feel our granddaughter was probably a bit too young for the tour, but the staff is clearly committed and invested in providing the best for these animals and there is a lot of love in that place for animals that are not suited for return to wilderness! I would highly recommend visiting with slightly older children. This place is pretty special!"

Loved seeing the well-cared for animals up close in their enclosures. Tour guides were friendly and very knowledgeable! So enjoyed hearing their personal experiences! Hands down - best part was hearing the lions roar and wolves howl! Amazing! We will be back!

We had a great guide and tour. They obviously care about the animals. Even though many of them were older, they all looked healthy. Grat place to see a variety of cats, some wolves, and some foxes. We enjoyed our visit.

Megan and Nikki were wonderful guides on my 90 minute photo safari. They are very aware of their surroundings and how to keep their visitors safe while experiencing their magnificent animals up close. Unedited photos will get a lot of fencing/wooden structures that detract from the photos, but a good editing software and some practice are all you need for wonderful photos. (I used Luminar Neo for mine.) If it is your first time and you want to photograph both big and small cats, plan on a minimum of 90 minutes.

This is my 3rd time visiting the park. Each time has been a great experience with the last time being the best because the staff got the lions to oof. The staff were all very friendly and accommodating my 86 yr old mother with a golf cart to get around. As long as you pre-arrange the need for the cart, it worked out great. Great tour guide in Andrea who had great in depth knowledge of each of the animals. You can tell they care greatly about each of the animals and do their best to keep the animals safe and comfortable.
